These terms apply when you use Abuja Life at abjlife.app. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
The game
Abuja Life is a life-simulation game in active development. Features may change, be added or be removed, and things may occasionally break while we build. Places in the game are inspired by real Abuja locations, but everything that happens in the game is fiction.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One @username per account. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate others, are offensive, or are reserved for official use.
Play fair, be respectful
Don't harass, threaten or impersonate other players; don't post hateful, sexual or illegal content; don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or try to break or overload the game. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Game money and items
In-game money, items, homes and progress have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the game. Abuja Life has no cryptocurrency or token, and we will never ask you to buy one. If paid features are introduced, their prices and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
Our content
The Abuja Life name, logo, artwork and game belong to us. You may share screenshots and your character card freely.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Abuja Life running, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the game.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. If changes are important, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
